Friday, February 3, is National Wear Red Day, and Meadow Lakes is taking the national campaign, now in its 19th year, to heart. Don your red apparel and join residents and staff for an afternoon as we focus on heart health. Enjoy a delicious heart-healthy lunch and listen to our wellness director, Stacey Judge, offer insightful ways to keep your life-sustaining organ in its best shape. Community tours will be available.
