Entrance Fee

The one-time entrance fee guarantees your apartment home and grants priority access to our healthcare services. This fee is determined by the size of your residence and the number of occupants (single or double).

Monthly Service Fee

Your monthly fee, based on apartment size and occupants, covers most living expenses, offering financial predictability. It includes housekeeping, maintenance (interior and exterior), 24-hour security, utilities, property taxes, and various services and amenities.

Lifecare Contracts

With our Lifecare contract, you'll have access to the care you need, when you need it, at predictable rates similar to what you would pay for independent living. This demonstrates Springpoint's financial strength and commitment to you.

Traditional or Refundable Options

Choose Refundable for estate planning or future moves; a portion of your initial payment is returned. Select Traditional for lower upfront costs if estate plans are set.

2026 Fees

Here are some examples to help clarify our senior living pricing. The entrance and monthly service fees listed are starting prices, based on a Traditional entrance fee plan with a single occupant.

One Bedroom:
 Entrance Fees start at $242,500; Monthly Service Fees start at $4,196.

Two Bedroom:
 Entrance Fees start at $350,000; Monthly Service Fees start at $5,989.

Cottage Home:
 Entrance Fees start at $595,000; Monthly Service Fees start at $9,370.
