Our memory care neighborhood is designed to make the most of the beauty of nature that surrounds Meadow Lakes. This one-of-a-kind setting maximizes the comfort and confidence of our memory care residents, allowing them to thrive. Each of our 16 comfortable, homelike memory care suites features a sunroom with direct access to a private, enclosed outdoor courtyard. We customize activities and care around residents’ unique vocational skills and background as well as their likes and dislikes, involving them in familiar activities where they can feel successful every day.
In addition, we utilize the leading-edge care methods of Connections – A Dementia Care Model of Excellence™ program. This therapeutic model of dementia care is uniquely designed to enhance the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of each memory care resident.
