Ready to jump into life at Meadow Lakes?
Our Amenities
Accredited Arboretum
Many senior living communities talk about their beautiful setting. Well, Meadow Lakes has been an actual accredited arboretum since 2005. Our 103-acre campus is tended to by a full-time arborist and resident master gardeners. The leafy canopy above, the lovingly tended gardens, the little signposts that reveal the countless variety of trees—they make every stroll around our campus an opportunity to learn and share the joy of the great outdoors. You truly have to come and experience The Robert A. Winters Aboreturm for yourself.
Art Studio
Our walls are adorned with some of the finest senior artwork in the state. In fact, several residents have won awards in the Annual New Jersey Senior Citizens Art Show. No matter what your style or your skill level, come lose yourself for hours painting, sketching, crafting, or taking a class to hone your skills. As we like to say, creating art teaches people to live happier, fuller lives.
Campus and Grounds
Let nature feed your senses as you draw strength and inspiration from our lush, natural surroundings. Stroll along the many wooded trails, watch black and white swans glide on our sparkling lakes, and take in spectacular sunsets. Our buildings were inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright with striking Craftsman-style features and breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows that bring nature inside everywhere you look.
Croquet Court
Do you play croquet? If not, you should. This nonstrenuous, low-impact sport is great for making new friends and maybe a few friendly rivals. We have an indoor and outdoor court, so residents can play year-round. Pickup games and even regular competitions offer opportunities for experienced players and newcomers.
Dining
The executive chef at Meadow Lakes is ready to delight your taste buds with menu options you’d expect to find in a fine dining restaurant. Whatever you think of senior living dining, our variety of choices and use of fresh and seasonal ingredients will have you thinking about nothing but when is the next meal. Whether it’s lakeside dining by the floor-to-ceiling windows of our main dining room or a casual meal or snack with friends at the Lakeside Café, you’ll be surrounded by great food, good friends, and a wonderful atmosphere.
Fitness
You’ll live well at Meadow Lakes. We incorporate attributes of healthy living into everything we do. Our fitness center is state-of-the-art with personal trainers standing by to assist you in achieving your fitness goals. Our outdoor pool is perfect for warm, sunny days, and our indoor heated pool is great year-round. And our innovative senior wellness program, LivWell, includes a wide variety of fitness programming to keep you physically fit, healthy, and enjoying an active lifestyle.
Health and Wellness Clinic
Because we’re a Life Plan Community, our on-campus health and wellness clinic can handle all your health services needs—from a paper cut to flu shots and even diabetes monitoring, X-rays, and lab tests. We even have a full-service doctor’s office, with an MD, a nurse practitioner, and visiting specialists from the East Windsor/Princeton area, including a cardiologist, orthopedist, dentist, podiatrist, and optometrist.
Library
Curl Up with a Good Book at Our Community Library. Whether you’re learning a new skill or diving into the latest bestseller, reading is an enjoyable way to spend a laid-back day. Sometimes life gets in the way, and it can be easy to forget the simple pleasure of curling up with a good book, but our library allows you plenty of opportunities to take advantage of classic novels, bestsellers, current magazines, and much more!
LivWell
As a Springpoint senior living community, we offer LivWell, a proprietary approach to whole-life wellness and fitness. We help you cultivate the seven dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, social, intellectual, vocational, environmental, and spiritual. This whole-person approach is the best way to help you reach and maintain your personal lifestyle goals, no matter what they may be.
Performance Hall
Another wonderful feature of our senior living community is our beautiful, onsite performance hall, hosting an array of engaging events. Join other residents for inspiring performances, guest lectures, and more as part of the variety of life-enriching activities enjoyed every day here at Meadow Lakes.
Pools
Take a dip or swim some laps in our indoor and outdoor pools. You’ll enjoy a variety of water fitness classes that are no stress, no impact, and fantastic for your cardiovascular health. Or invite the grandchildren over in the summer to splash around in the outdoor pool for some fun quality time together. Whether you take advantage of our scheduled classes or just enjoy the free swim time, it’s always a great social—and healthy—activity.
