Springpoint Names Patricia Polchak as New Assistant Executive Director of Meadow Lakes
Springpoint recently announced Patricia Polchak, LNHA, as the new Assistant Executive Director of Meadow Lakes. Patricia is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions within Meadow Lakes healthcare center to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services consistent with the organization’s vision and mission.
Patricia brings 29 years of long-term and sub-acute healthcare experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Most recently, she served as Healthcare Administrator at The Pines at Whiting and oversaw the community’s operational and regulatory stability that earned strong results on state surveys and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
In 2012, Patricia was recognized as an outstanding administrator by receiving the American College of Health Care Administrators “Facility Leadership Award,” and she’s a founding member of the Ocean Regional Ethics Committee.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University.
