Newsweek and Statista Recognize 4 Springpoint Communities as America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities for 2025

Springpoint is proud to announce that four Life Plan Communities, including Meadow Lakes, have been recognized as “America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities” for 2025 by Newsweek.

For the second consecutive year, Newsweek and global data research firm Statista have partnered to rank America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities (or CCRCs). The 2025 evaluation recognizes the leading 300 CCRCs throughout the United States. The 25 states with the most CCRCs were included in the ranking.

The list is based on four data sources: National Online Survey, Visitor Satisfaction Score, Accreditation Score, and Google Reviews. For a full breakdown on calculations and analysis, please click here.

There are currently 33 CCRCs (or Life Plan Communities) in New Jersey, with over 2,000 CCRCs nationwide. These Springpoint communities are among a distinguished group to receive overall high-performance ratings:

• The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, offering independent living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing, ranked 9^th in NJ and 256^th in the US (with an overall score of 65.84%).
• Meadow Lakes, offering independent living, assisted living, home care, memory care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and respite for seniors, ranked 8^th in NJ and 225^th in the US (with an overall score of 66.44%).
• Monroe Village, offering independent living, assisted living, home care, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing, ranked 6^th in NJ and 123^rd in the US (with an overall score of 69.17%).
• Winchester Gardens, offering independent living, assisted living, home care, memory care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and respite for seniors, ranked 5^th in NJ and 97^th in the US (with an overall score of 70.50%).

To compile this respectable list, Newsweek looked for “places where residents not only live but thrive.”
