Springpoint recently announced Eric Ghaul, LNHA, as the new Executive Director of the Life Plan Community at Meadow Lakes. Eric will be responsible for the overall leadership and will direct the day-to-day operations at Meadow Lakes.
Eric has over 30 years of management experience overseeing a variety of services within senior living communities. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, team building, employee/resident relations, and fiscal supervision. He joins Springpoint after a multi-year career with The Pines at Whiting, a Life Plan community based in Whiting, NJ. His previous roles included President, CEO, and Director of Operations.
Eric, a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Hospitality Management, completed his LNHA training in 2014. He also recently served on the Leading Age NJDE Board of Trustees.
